Morning all.
Jen, good to hear you are feeling better.
Warm and wet here today.
Will be busy for next 3 days so won't be on here very much.
The Italian wafers are nothing like waffles. They are dense and crisp. More like a sugar ice cream cone.
I will try the recipe in my waffle machine to see if it will work.

Morning all.
Sparkies here doing a few jobs.  Nice young fellows.
Keep turning the electricity off. Will test the Italian wafer recipe when they finish.
Sunny and warm today.

Good morning friends.  Woke to the lovely sound of  rain this morning, way too early though.  Off to Costco with a friend who is a member this morning, my first visit to the Adelaide store.
