More challenges Gert.
I admire your attitude.  I hope I would be as practical and stoic as you.
Very pleased to hear the picture from Hobart makes you smile. I look forward to giving you a BIG hug in Melbourne.
So pleased you are looking at the positives and we all know you will be beating them off not trying to "buy" friends.

Had a look at the website Gert and it looks lovely. Will you be able to move in after the sale of your house? Here's wishing you a quick sale and at a very good price. You have gone through a lot in the last few months including those awful neighbours - so glad that you are making the move. Here's to new beginnings!

Gert, you've got a great attitude, and you will be fine.
DH and I have already decided we are moving to an over 55 place when he retires in a few years. We are looking forward to it. To us, there are lots of positives about living in such an environment.i wish you all the best.

Good Afternoon All.  ;D
It has been a beautiful day here - I've been in shorts and t. shirt. Just back from a walk by the lake.

not fair is it CC.  Perth has a few warm days coming up around 25.  We can't complain, but we do need some rain.
