Robyn I hear that there is a restaurant up there that will not allow children under 7. I believe they had a noisy experience with a young child.

Hi all, Yes Cookie, Liam has banned all kids under 7 from his restaurant,  its only small,  not many tables,  French / Italian food.

We have only been there twice, its over rated..... :)

My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

Morning all its my day off and I'm wide awake at 5.30 am. I haven't been around much, pop in now and then, life is very busy atm, My new bathroom is just about finished, we then decided that the bedroom looks dull, so the painter is coming later in the week. Don't no weather I can push my luck with new blinds lol.
DH and two of his mates are sailing from Sydney to Noumea at the end of the month, on our friend yacht, they are planning on being away for 6 weeks. Myself and the other 2 wives are flying over to noumea to meet them, spend a few days sightseeing around noumea, then we are all sailing around some of the islands. I'll be away for 2 weeks.  We have had lots of planning meetings, so far everything is going to plan.
Trudy enjoy your holiday, we have friends that don't live far from Campbell River. Hope you see some bears.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

ROFL  I'm freezing here and it is probably about 13 degrees. I have been having fun laughing at  my brother in Canberra, they had a -5 to 9 the other day. How are you going Jamberie?

Thanks for thinking of me Cookie :)  We have had some magical chilly days where the sun is out, and it is just lovely, regardless of temperature. It's the overcast and windy days that are horrible! I am pleased to have missed another winter of playground duties - they are not fun!

I must agree with the playground duties on awful days. We used to have a saying the kids loved chanting, 'wind and rain affect the brain'
