Morning all.
Thanks for all the kind and helpful words about the Cancer removal.
Amazingly no pain. 2 patches and 7 stitches. Back next week to have stititches removed.
Much cooler at Cherokee today but the sun has come out.
I find this very hard to believe, but Melb is having a public holiday on Friday for the Grand Final.

I'm glad it went well Chookie. I agree about the public holiday, the least they could do is share it with us!

I think they decided to declare the Friday before grand final a holiday from here on because a lot of people want to attend the lunch time parade through the city.
I thought it would have been weirder if both WA teams had been in the GF, Not nearly as many would attend the parade, probably only Perth supporters travelling to Melbourne.

Morning all.
Going to be a beautiful day today. Family coming for lunch tomorrow and have given the BBQ its spring clean. Will roast a chicken in it and keep the oven clean. DIL loves Isi's light coffee cream , so will make some.

Good Morning all!!! A lovely morning here!!
So glad Chookie, it all went well, hope you have a speedy recovery and enjoy the FF to the fullest!!
Cant believe its a public holiday on friday tomorrow, I always envy Melbourne for having an extra holiday for Melbourne cup and now this
Wish we could also have it in Sydney
Was off work yesterday but this time not because someone was sick
Did loads of shopping with DH, completely forgot how it feels to do stress free shopping after my little monster has come!!
