Yesterday, until 11pm we had rain and thunderstorms. Today it is nice and cool.
DD and GC for lunch. DD brought a chopped salad and I made a platter of chicken, smoked salmon, Avo and mango, as well as salad bits and pieces. I had made and frozen mini bread rolls that the kids love.
Warmed in AF.
Nice quiet easy week before the Xmas madness starts.

We all need those easy weeks Chookie, I find they somehow soon become filled up though.
Good morning everyone.

Its amazing how the Christmas rush begins. I was speaking to a friend who we see each Christmas to arrange a Sunday. Tghey are fully booked up for all except one, when I checked the calendar, so were we!!!! Thank goodness it is the same Sunday. I didn't think we were social butterflies at all!

Spent most of the day in the garden after making Date Scones and mini rolls for the freezer.
Totally zonked out now.
Planted Zuchinni seeds, radish seeds and bean seeds that I saved from last year. Took the hedge cutters to the parsley again.

Hi friends.
A grey gloomy day here today. Chance and I did meet a lovely golden lab called Bailey on our walk this morning.

Good morning everyone, a very hot one here today.  Last Tuesday a planned six-monthly get together with some ex-MS carers was cancelled due to the heat but I’ve yet to hear if the same will happen today.

All the mares will be chasing him Robyn. 😀😀

DH and I went up to a fruit and veggie market this morning a few suburbs away. I stocked up on oat bran, wholemeal spelt flour, pepita, sunflower and sesame seeds and Nigella seeds. I also managed to get a kilo or so of rye flakes to make into rye flour too.

Cookie, nice shopping. We have a lady at the Creswick market who sells all that sort of things.  I used to have to go to Melbourne.

I’ll swap you Denise, we expect 37 here today but then a few days of rain with lower temperatures. Just hoping the rain doesn’t affect the Test Match here later in the week.
