Thanks Judy and KAtie. DD doesn’t do much cooking so no. Too busy paddling her Boat.
KAtie, not sure that enough air gets into the TMX. That’s why I don’t make pavlova in it. However I might try combining both suggestions. Failure might make a nice trifle. Thanks again

Chookie Tenina uses her thermomix for meringue quite often. I will have a look and let you know. I THINK she uses a little heat.

Just had to share this true story. Friend who has 3 teenagers was having trouble getting them to clean up their bedrooms , She was sick and tired of the mess. So she placed small piles of black rice in several spots in each of the bedrooms. They thought they were mouse droppings and she hasn’t had a problem since.

Warmer today.
Starting to plan attack for baking Xmas goodies. Who gets what and that I have enough ingredients.
Went to Woolies on Sunday afternoon. It was absolute chaos. And 3 week yet to go.

I love the black rice addition to the bedrooms. Very well thought out.

Same here but I doubt we’ll get any rain Chookie. It’s great for those doing their Christmas baking, hampers etc.

It's supposed to be 37 today. It was 35 or 36 yesterday. I try not to take too much notice when its that high, unless it's over 40 as then I melt.
