Have it on speaker so that you can all hear.

Be better if it was an Aussie sparkle! Well done Hally a load off and maybe you can all settle down now.

Yes, so happy it went for a fair bit over the reserve. I actually felt sorry for 1 bidder who fell in love with it, but has it went over he couldnt afford it.

Great news Hally. One less thing to worry about.
It's been a busy little weekend here. Wedding in Melbourne on Friday.  Service on balcony of town hall. Very different but lovely. Reception went really late (or maybe I'm just getting old) and seemed to drag on a bit too long. And those of us that were driving home, couldn't get a coffee until 10:30pm. Plenty of alcohol though! Needless to say after a long drive home, 'twas a late night. Up early Saturday to pick up our newest edition (will post in pet thread) followed by lots of housework and washing.

Great work Hally! Yes, what a relief!

Oh Kimmy, I hate events that feel like the drag like that. I know the feeling, we once went to a party on a boat....sounds like a good idea, problem is you just can't leave!!!!!

We've had such a busy week I've hardly been able to post here! I went to a TMX Masterclass cooking demo on Friday night, it was fantastic, we even got to get our hands dirty (I'll post a pic of my efforts soon), then on Sunday we had a garage sale and today was a recovery day...then back to work on Tuesday to a massive pile of marking!!!! At least it's not boring I guess!
I have a Facebook page with all things cooking, you'll find it here: https://www.facebook.com/What-Amber-Ate-1097437023601587/

Glad the wedding went well Kimmy, but can understand the feeling especially if you have a long drive home.   :)

Love the new addition  ;D
Have plenty of housework to do today maybe fit in a little cooking.  ;D

Hally that's fantastic news, you must be so happy that it's finalised and you can move on to get a good price is a bonus.

We had one problem after the other on the weekend which started with me chasing up the ice cream maker, then the front loader decided to die with a load in the machine, the spa heater died while the kids were waiting for it to heat up, our internet is giving us no end of troubles again even after optus man arrived only 4 hours after ringing at 8 am on Saturday and replaced the modem but we still can't get our devices to connect  ??? And to top of it off with DD preparing for her first exam on Wednesday and DS starting in his new rep basketball team and school team there is quite a bit of tension in the house. Still managed to get the dogs walked, sunday roast cooked, most of the washing done, ordered a new washing machine to be delivered on Tuesday and tidied up the house ready for the cleaner. At work in the office today for a big day of work so will probably fall in a heap tonight after my last meeting.

No we haven't Hally, the weather has been really bad and just haven't thought about it much but hoping to over the next few weeks.
