Aww Judy, it makes me feel a bit sad reading your post though it sounds like your mum is picking up a bit now. I hope she continues to improve.
I'm going to have a bit of a lazy day today, it's a bit overcast and quite cool at the moment. The WW pie book has arrived so once I've done a few things I will make a cuppa and have a good look through it.

Thanks Julie, yes she is doing rather well now and even wanted some of my salad for lunch.
I used to love sitting down with a cuppa and reading new recipe books, somehow these days I don’t seem to have as much time to do that. Not that I buy many new books, the latest was the 4 Ingredient Keto and I’ve only gone through that once.

I hope your Mum continues to feel better Judy.
Chookie my Glaucoma is compliments of Mum's side of the family. the pressure is high but causing no damage at the moment. Hence the frequent eye checks. I was told I will know when my cataracts need doing.

Thanks cookie. K Atie I do my best for my Mum and we’ve just had amazing results so I’m so glad I did put in the effort to turn the situation around.

That's great news Judy, must be a weight off your mind.
I'm sure things will calm down again soon and you will have some free time just to sit and have a read.

Yesterday I planted some seedlings. It is nice to be able to pick something from the garden each day.

In London babysitting GS for the evening. DH and I are both here plus Chance. Couldn’t leave him in the van as it would have been too long a time. Brought a Bolognese sauce with us to have for dinner tonight.

Much better to have Chance with you than leave him home alone Denise.

CC, I am sure you will enjoy your time with your GS.
Laundry day today and later I will wash the kitchen floor.

I slept in this morning until 8. It was lovely. DH is usually up at 6 making lots of noise, but today he slept in too.
Not a lot going on here. I may make a couple of muesli slice things to keep in the freezer.

Now we’re did that weekend go ? We had an annual market for our local hospital yesterday so a friend and I cooked onion jam late sat night , 13 jars ! We smelt of onions. Spent most of the days selling homemade goods . Windy and warm . DS has a dentist appointment today so he spent the travel time doing lots of homework. And it begins DD has her first English Sac today .

At home jobs yesterday. Lots of washing, bit of cooking, a little gardening. Changed Credit Card details for Apple and Kobo. Paid bills online. My Roomba needs a new battery. It is very good at vacuuming under bed.
