This afternoon I made a GF lemon slice. One of DD’s co workers has just been diagnosed as coeliac as s feeling down in the dumps. They are having a RUOK morning tea so I made this.

What a lovey idea cookie, there are so many recipes and products out there now for celiacs  and tasting your lovely lemon slice will show her she can still have appropriate treats.

How is the CPAP machine going Marina?
It was cold and wet here today so I didn't do that much. A dear friend came round this afternoon. DH was supposed to go to his house to do some odd jobs for him but it was too wet, so he came to us.

I am still getting used to the CPAP, sometimes it is great, other times I tend to 'fret' with it and move it during the night, which is just plain annoying!  Hopefully I ill get used to it soon.  This latest mask seems to be more comfortable so far.

Cooler today.  We are sort of out of lockdown.  Can’t have visitors.
Can go to Bunnings, good.
Received a mail order from Diggers. A seed company. Should keep me busy.

That's good Marina.
I went to my local Westfield this morning and ran into some friends so we had a long coffee and chat. It was very good.

Well my heartbeat was racing a few days ago ! Kitten had another baby snake ! Lucky the kitten moved away when it saw me and let’s just say it took both DS and I to relocate it .
DH had his utes serviced so we managed a few trips . DS had a few hours at Rist doing lamb marking module, DS drove the Ute to Rist on his Ls and then home in the other Ute that DH collected / swapped over and did a few jobs . In the Afternoon DH and I went and collected the second Ute , town was so busy everyone out but we just did our jobs and shopping , then home late again . DS found a Tom cat near the back door ! Kitten ran away and DS found it put her in the dog kennel locked up . Yesterday kitten’s new place is  on the garage roof , up the Apple tree I trimmed away from the roof .

Hair cut this morning.  New tool for RAL. A battery operated garden saw.  Takeaway coffee. Bunnings for garden stuff. They were counting people in and out.  Long line of people waiting to get in.  Nice to be out but nice to come home.

Hopefully the easing of restrictions will continue.  I envy all of those who are getting out of lockdown - being stuck at home most of the time is starting to wear on everyone

Lockdown must be very wearing. I count our luck over here.

We had our AGM today. We go to the Vintage Car Club rooms for it. Today, despite the booking being made and paid for the caretaker didn’t open the locked gates. We had about 40 old cars on the verge and parked on a busy road. He wasn’t even home! Fortunately DH had the phone number of the man that opens up for Wednesday’s car club and he was able to come and open up for us. As you can imagine none of us were very happy. One of our members has just finished restoring this 1915 Dodge so he drove that it. It is lovely.

Love the little Dodge cookie. The caretaker was lucky he didn’t have to face the angry club members, hopefully it won’t happen again.
I went to Bunnings this afternoon to buy more soil and plants for my new planter box project. It looked as if it was going to pour at any moment but I managed to get what I wanted and get out of there dry.  Home via a couple of food shops then did the planting, later tonight we had a good follow up rain so I was pleased I’d made the effort to go out this afternoon and not leave it until tomorrow.
Marina I hope your turn for restrictions being eased will be very soon, it’s going on far too long again.

Thanks, Judy, but I think the restrictions will go on for a long time ... they have even mentioned December, but they will have to give us some easing before then... I hope.  I keep telling myself it is better than the alternative and DH and I have heaps of work to keep us going, but it is difficult without interaction with others.
