Do you have to get special certificates to show that they are free of any encumberances Robyn?

Cut my hair today. My hairdresser put on a movie, "The Call", just to hear me scream. And I did! ;D

Halle Berry was so fun to watch. She looked like Whitney Houston in this movie.

Went out to lunch with some lovely friends today. I am so full I don't need to eat for a week.

Cleaned up a sick boy's spew then went to work came home to relieve daddy for lunch hour then back to work. Home dinner bed time hour... Still waiting for sick boy to settle but I think he will be right tomorrow. Any child who pours dinner on the table to wear his bowl as a hat is not sick!

A friend & I had a sewing day today.  Also did another load of washing but made sure I kept an eye on it, didn't want another overflow. :D
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

:D  Oh the joys of little boys LOL, think he's on the road to recovery  ;)

I have crystal clear memories when DS was little, smearing the contents of his nappy all over the t.v.  :-\  and that was when we had one that had speakers on the side, with hundreds of little holes  :-))

I just found out that the Scout camp in Singapore has been cancelled by the Minister of Education over there due to the smog. No outdoor activities can be undertaken!
Miss 11 and the Aussie contingent has been allowed to stay at Scout HQ, so I dare say "Plan B" will be put into place.
I feel for the kids as they were so excited to be up there and going to meet Scouts from so many other countries, but I bet they still have a blast anyway.
At least they are not being sent home.

The kids are at home today - wild weather and the kindergartens are closed.  DS's school is technically open, but they were just going to watch DVDs, and said if we could take them home, that would be great, so I did.
They have done painting, we had the boy from 2 doors down over for a while, and DS went there to see his science project bird documentary.  Now all at home.  The weather is due to ease up slightly this afternoon, but weekend sport already cancelled.

So not getting much done myself - meant to be a work day for me, but that's how it goes.  :)

When one door of happiness closes, another opens, but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one that has been opened for us.
