Thanks for the info on the sweets BZB. We love them. We first discovered them in Singapore quite a few years ago.
I had DD to help carry the goodies, although she had a couple of extras.
Gert the cheeses are Delice des Cremiers. I don't know any French at all so I have just copied it. This cheese is so nice. Very soft and creamy and almost dissolves in your mouth. The other is a goats cheese. La Mothe St Henry. I hope that is the name as I wouldn't have a clue. It probably says cheese for all I know. We didn't have any languages at the country school I went too.

May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Having a bit of me time here.  GS has gone to his dad, DH is out getting a trailer load of wood.

I am enjoying the peace and quiet here and have my favourite music on the player while I do a little bit of this and that. :)

Perfect weather for it Suzanne.
I've made a couple of lots of bread this morning. Also talked on the phone a lot. Everyone from Canberra to USA decided to ring this morning.

Been very wet and cold here today, cleaned out and sorted a stack of recipes.  Need to buy a new pressure cooker but the one I want is out of stock  :(

Had my sis her family here for the weekend - spent most of the time keeping 12yr old nephew fed!  ;)
And then a bit of an adventure this evening with a  earthquake! Kids are pretty unsettled tonight after it, but seems to be no damage here (some mess in Wellington city by the look).

Glad that you are all ok Jo. When we lived in California we only ever experienced a couple of little shakes.  I can't imagine what a big one would be like.
