I think any fall as an adult is a concern!We have weekly classes at our physio which is stretching, balance and falls prevention. Most of us are 40 to 50 with an older group on another day of the week. The classes are vey popular and great fun and really get your balance and fitness up to prevent falls. I highly recommend them as falls are nasty no matter what your age.
Good advice. Any fall is a worry - over 40's should start putting their hands on rails as the climb or descend stairs so it is second nature in our later years.
