Applying for jobs, took my daughter to the doctor. Took a phone call from someone who will come and look at my little Getz tomorrow, that I've had for sale for a while. So I will be giving her a wash tomorrow in preparation.

Sounds like everyone had a good day; I would have loved the vintage Christmas craft.

DH had a day off, so we went out to lunch, ate too much and didn't want any dinner. Nice relaxing day, probably the last before Christmas.

Hope it's the car for them Sarah.

Troupie, you have enjoyed the craft morning, some beautiful things, the librarians at Toronto are very clever.

Lucky you CC, I would like to have a boiling/iced water system.

Yay, CC! They really are good! We are so enjoying not having the jug on the bench, and not having to wait for the jug to boil (and then going off to do something while its heating, then forgetting and coming back when it's too cold and having to boil again...)

CC and Jo, that looks very good.  Might have to consider one for new home.

Looks good Denise, does it only heat the water as you use it ?

MMmMM. It does look a brilliant idea. DH is forever boiling the kettle and going away. It would probably be cheaper in the long run for us.
Did you need to make many adaptions to put it in?  Electricity and plumbing wise.

Spent a few hours with Geoff and Mum on her 93rd birthday, don't know how tired she is after 8 visitors but I could do with a nana nap right now. I handed DD1 over to DD2 from there, I just wanted to come home and veg out.  A whirlwind trip by DD & SIL but it will take me a week to get over it LOL. DD1 with Mum, I should have taken another photo when DD2 arrived.

That's a lovely photo of your DD and mum Judy.

Cleaned the oven this morning yuk, I hate this job.  Then this afternoon I wrapped some Chrissy presents.

Judy, lovely photo.  Well worth keeping.  I can imagine how whacked you are feeling.
Today, serviced Roomba. Fed chooks,( they are on a new type of food and eat less, still lay and less poo) watered garden, cooked stir fry for lunch, made fish cakes for Dinner. Tried to work out why our WiFi isn't working , received a scam on my iPad,

You seem to have covered lots of things there Chookie.

DH was out this morning and I ended up doing very little. I fooled around on the internet for a while and did some basic housework. This afternoon we popped down to the local Spud Shed for some fruit/Vegies, yoghurt and milk. It's worth the trip alone for the yoghurt. I often make my own but DH and DD prefer the flavoured versions.
