Despicable Me 1 and 2 are really good movies, but the Minions movie is pretty bad, just an excuse to milk the franchise.

Some gardening today and housework. Not the most exciting day but it's nice to be able to relax in a clean house.
Tomorrow DH and I plan to have a big day in the garden and bring it up to scratch for Christmas lunch.

Yes I did need a Nanna nap. We didn't get home until 11.30pm or so as we went by train. A long way past my normal bedtime.
Just listening to the lunchtime news and the heat that is occurring to the Far East of us. Take care folks.

Good morning everyone. :)

Great news Robyn, so glad that everything is going well for you.  I have lost 9kg over the last few months but I'm struggling now that it is Christmas with all the good food etc.

Great news Robyn.  Have a look at the low carb diet, I've found I feel good when I cut out wheat and Sugar.

Thanks Judy..

No special diet Robyn, just watch what I eat.  Reduced my bread intake, no potatoes, desserts or cake -  I do cheat sometimes ;D ;D ;D.   DD also lent me her excercise bike.  Still want to lose another 5kg.

Mab and Obbie you are both wonderful.  I don't seem to have any motivation and am desperately trying to hang on to the bit I have lost.
