I am so out of touch with everyone and everything just now so this is an "umbrella" post to say hello, and good to read some of what everyone is up to in their lives.

That's nice of you Marina, we know you're very busy but it's lovely that you pop in when you have a moment.

It's great that you can mix the more enjoyable tasks of horseriding and cooking with the mundane household chores Sharon.

I've also done the ironing this morning. It's cool here today so it wasn't such a chore.
I've goofed off, done some general tidying, told DH how wonderful the cushions he's made for the baby AVan are, and made a loaf of Classic Bread http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=16597.0
As well as prepare and refrigerate farfallina's lovely grain bread. http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=16960.0

It has cooled down to a balmy 29 deg celsius here (at 8am that is)    So ironing is really a chore.
Never mind I couldnt wait and cooked hubby mushroom risotto for lunch.  So easy i nearly did it twice :).  He loved it.

LOL!  When I first got my TMX risotto was my main go to meal .... but I haven't made it for ages now, funny how recipes change as time goes by.

Yesterday went to Ballarat for final inspection of  house. OMG the oven is so small. Will have to do something about that.
Also no Lemon tree, disaster. , !  Will plant one straight away. Lots of nice bushy trees but not many flowers except roses.  Easily remedied.
Nice living areas and lots of cupboards. Looking forward to Tapinaki ( sp? ) grill in kitchen bench, and  to igloo for starting seedlings.
Settlement Friday.

You always pick up things you didn't really notice during previous inspections Chookie but it's a beautiful house and I'm sure you and Ral will put your own stamp on it in no time at all. Busy time ahead for sure.

Went to the supermarket this morning trying to beat the heat.

I'll be taking it a bit easy for the next couple of the days as I have hurt my back again.  Don't know what did it this time, it just went. >:(
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Back pain is a darn nuisance Margaret, rest up and hopefully you will be OK very soon.

Last week I spent a lot of time in the garden and not a bit of pain but if I spend more than 3 hours in the kitchen, the back pain is really bad.  I just can't work it out.

Take care Margaret. Many years ago I hurt my back by sneezing. Since I had the laminectomy and discectomy (?) I won't ever get a bad back again. Here's hoping anyway.
Just silly bursitis, but I'm working on that.

It might just be the way you are bending over the bench, Judy.

Margaret, look after yourself.  I consider myself incredibly fortunate that I have never had back trouble (touch wood), but my DH has suffered with one for 40 years so it is something I am constantly aware of.

Judy, could be the height of the bench.
