Off to Cherokee this afternoon .
Cookie, well done in Spring cleaning.
Judy, important to make face to face contact with Pharmacist. Lunch sounds like fun.

That's wonderful news DJ. Sending a hug.

We are on tenterhooks here at the moment. Our budgie is not well. I took him to the vet yesterday afternoon and they couldn't find anything specific. It's so quiet without him chattering away and telling me he loves me and giving kisses all the time. He isn't eating or drinking and we have antibiotics for him. DH has gone to see his Mum and DD had to work today so I get to watch him all by myself. The best medicine for me is to cook. He is sleeping and is used to the noise of cooking. I have an Apple Pie from the latest THERMOMIX Plus magazine on the go, Pumpkin soup and I will be doing Cornish Pasties.

Sorry to hear about your little birdie Cookie. How does one give antibiotics to a budgie?
CC so glad you got to go to Tenina's class. She is very down to earth and I think that's what makes her so popular.

It's great that Tenina takes her great classes to London, pity she can't put a few of us in her suitcase to visit you too Denise.

How's the budgie this morning cookie?

We certainly do worry about our pets Denise. He was not eating or drinking for 21/2 days, all he did was sleep. Today about lunch time he ate and had a drink. He is now eating almost non stop. He's still not talking etc but seems to be improving.

Judy DD gave him the antibiotics with a syringe. He had 0.08ml. She also had to give him a vitamin powder. At least he seems to be improving.
