I don't think there should be a charge for water/ice anywhere. It belongs to all of us ;)

Oh why didn't I think of that when I was pregnant! I LOVED ice cubes! Expecially when in labour (and on drip and not allowed to eat/drink anything!)

Breakfast today was another Weetbix smoothie.....no weevils tho, so I was missing a bit of protein compared to DD!

Yes, good point ;D
Have you tried the almond meal again? Or perhaps an LSA mix? :)

Yes! Almond meal is a regular & I've bought all the ingredients to make LSA, just haven't gotten around to it yet...I also added some sunflower seeds and pepitas, I was a little bit heavy handed though as that smoothie tasted like bird seed  :-))
But the almond meal works a treat and I've added 3 tablespoons and not noticed it.

Craving ice can be a sign of iron deficiency (as is wanting to eat soil😮) so might be worth getting it checked if you haven't had a blood test recently.

That's interesting Bonsai. I was very unwell with DD (severe HELLP syndrome) and low haemoglobin was part of it, I thought I just wanted ice as I was not allowed water or food during the birth (large chance of having caesar under general anaesthetic, hence no food/liquid), but maybe it was my body telling me something!

I'm glad you're enjoying the almond meal addition! I used my last egg today so I will be using almond meal tomorrow morning ;)
