Gert, you lunch looks delicious.

Lovely photo INAID.

We have an abundance of tomatoes here at the moment so cooked some up to have on toast.

What a brilliant idea for lunch INAID. Is that flatbread?

Hi Kimmy yes flat bread toasted under the grill :) it was just missing red onion and olives. We had three different types of cheese, pepperoni, smoked chilli Karumba, garlic marinated mussels, semi dried tomatoes, mini Roma tomatoes, mixed lettuce, cucumber. I think that's all. Served up with a good splash of balsamic vinegar. That plate was for us all to share in :)

Great idea for the kids to make their own lunch INAID.

What to have for lunch, I had a piece of quiche thawed out but then didn't feel like that so I whipped up my version of something I saw Justine Schofield make recently, it might even have been yesterday ;D

Warm potato, tuna salad - yum yum!
