Gert, you lunch looks delicious.
Lovely photo INAID.
We have an abundance of tomatoes here at the moment so cooked some up to have on toast.

What a brilliant idea for lunch INAID. Is that flatbread?

Hi Kimmy yes flat bread toasted under the grill
it was just missing red onion and olives. We had three different types of cheese, pepperoni, smoked chilli Karumba, garlic marinated mussels, semi dried tomatoes, mini Roma tomatoes, mixed lettuce, cucumber. I think that's all. Served up with a good splash of balsamic vinegar. That plate was for us all to share in

Great idea for the kids to make their own lunch INAID.
What to have for lunch, I had a piece of quiche thawed out but then didn't feel like that so I whipped up my version of something I saw Justine Schofield make recently, it might even have been yesterday
Warm potato, tuna salad - yum yum!
