Thanks obbie, I have done online shopping with delivery but then they made deliveries very expensive. So then I did 'click and collect' with Trevor go of to the store.  I was thinking of getting things from Flennerys but I don't think they do online,  I will check.

We have a discount pharmacy here that do very cheap organic flours etc.

Lunch was with mum and Miss Lil. I had a veggie stack, a delicious pot of chai and took in the ambience. It all warmed my soul :)

Yes astarra, jam & cheese, it's really nice.  DH took one in his lunch just about every day of his working life along with another sandwich or whatever else going.  Meat, stew, egg etc.  He called the jam one his dessert. :D :D

My DH grew up on cheese and jam sandwiches. Just like putting fig/quince paste on a cheese platter.  :)

Meatballs pasta for lunch. Sauce cooked in thermomix, and meatballs in the airfryer. Yum! 😋
