Thank you BZB. I will give them a try but will need to use a soft bread recipe with out the milk powder and butter. I can easily substitute Nuttalex for butter but milk powder is more difficult.

We had chicken, hard boiled eggs and sour dough bread, all eaten on the banks of the Avon River in York. It was such a beautiful day out in the warm sunshine. Venture into the shade and it was freezing.
