A friend of mine did pizza for a party and she made the bases, rolled them into balls and squashed them a bit flatter to make a disc and then froze them. They were excellent.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

I am going to par cook some,  say 2 mins in the machine,  top with sauce and a little cheese. Put 2 or 3 in a pile , with baking paper between and then Vacuum seal them.

I freeze pizza dough all the time. Just leave in a ball, defrost & roll out, perfect with jamie olivers dough.

Its great having in the freezer. I wrap each ball in glad wrap then place in a zip lock bag. I normally have 4 in the freezer at a time.

Michelle,  One freezer has mainly lemon juice in it. ( so 1/3 full with that.)

The other is meat, chicken, fish, prawns, bugs. I still have 10 kilo of barra, 5 kilos of coral trout, 5 kilos of prawns, 3 kilos of bugs, 5 kilos of king salmon.

the other is ready to put 1/2 a cow in next week... :) :)
