love seafood. I buy direct off the boats.

You are so lucky Obbie, wish we could buy off the boats. I love sea food.

When cooking pizza in your oven on a pizza stone, you need a very hot oven with an element at the bottom that can be turned on, also fan forced.

Our relatively new oven has this feature, not had it before. Just need a pizza stone now :) for the moment we use a heavy based oven dish.

I had notification from VB, that the pizza maker had been dispatched on 3/10/12. I looked up the tracking number but it hasn't been updated since then. Fingers crossed it will arrive today and we will be having pizza tonight for dinner.

Michele, I think we ordered ours at about the same time, but I haven't had any notification of despatch yet.  My fingers are crossed for an arrival today for both of us, but I think yours will be ahead of mine.  Enjoy your pizzas!

Hopefully we will both be eating pizza tonight. JD is still waiting on hers too.
It gives me time to go to a bigger WW and Coles to see if I can find the bases Maddy uses.

Are you guys using bought pizza bases and not making your own?  If you make your own, which is your favourite recipe for the pizza maker?  I don't like mine too thin.

Judy,  i think it is mostly a case of how thin you spread them out.  Although I think the thicker ones have a slightly different texture.  We like ours thin,  so might be best to ask someone else.  I love the thin and crispy recipe.   Hope all you girls who are waiting,  get them before the weekend.

Hope you get your machines today girls  :)

Mich the pizza bases (Maddys) were on special last week in Woolies so they were all sold out so that might be the problem as to availability  ;)

Not sure MF, step-son and GD visiting late morning so will be here for lunch I presume.  Will see how the day goes but I don't have any mozzarella anyway so it might have to wait until the weekend.
