I'm thinking of getting a couple of small pizza trays. I'll need to use them for GF pizza base anyway because that is very runny. I think I'll just use those instead of putting the pizza straight on the stone.

I bought pizza machine when they first came out, of course Grumpy complained that we would never use it, and what a waste of money
He is the one that uses it, so much so, that he bought another one for the boat.

 We have pizzas most weekends, either for our group of friends or just for the 2 of us,  when we are boating we an sometimes have up to 15 people, so using the baking paper makes getting the pizza on and off the stone very easily, it is my job to cut the paper into circles, and that can be a pain when he is going to cook 10 plus pizzas.

Yeah, that's why I'm thinking smaller pizza trays are the way to go.

I use baking paper just for getting the pizzas on and off the stone, we usually make 2 or 4 ( or more ) at a time so making them on baking paper allows us to "production line" the cooking process, I just slide the cooked pizzas off the paper onto a bamboo paddle then onto a wooden board for chopping. I tried the two paddles but found it impossible to get a uncooked homemade base with the amount of toppings we have onto without making a BIG mess.
BTW I cook my pizzas on 3 1/2 for about 6 minutes that seems about perfect.

I am tempted to buy a pizza maker after reading all the rave revivers about newwave pizza makers. However, has anyone had any experience with G3 Ferrari Pizza Express Delizia Oven which I can get for "free" by using my altitude points.  Anyone?????
