CP never a truer word has been spoken. My BIL now has no toes on his right foot and not many on his left. He is only 64, has had several severe heart attacks and strokes. Can hardly walk as all the veins in his legs have narrowed severely. They have been replaced but narrowed again. He has no veins left in his arms or legs to repair his heart if he has anymore heart attacks. He has great difficulty in seeing, can no longer drive and the strokes have left him a cranky person.
ALL OF THIS CAUSED BY SMOKING

Dede you must succeed in your effort. Think of those who love you.
By the way I was told that food tastes so much better without the cigarette taste in your mouth.

I used to think that too as it really is disgusting.  :-\

I haven't felt overly well all day and had a terrible sleep last night so the not smoking was quiet easy for today. Hopefully I feel better tomorrow :)
