If only you smoked you could have given that up!  You would have saved a lot more than the cleaner  ;D

Mama Fergie my wonderful Maria comes back today. Her last day would have been Christmas Day and she wanted it off. can you imagine!

mcmich I love the smell of  AvGas in the morning. I love airports too.

My DH had to talk me into going to Hawaii years ago. Too many Yanks for my liking.  I did have to make a quick trip there years ago though to get the right  shoes for my DD's wedding.  Ala Moana Shopping Center  is amazing for cheap shoes. Then  there are the wonderful
Outlet shops in the suburbs. Probably the only place in the world I have ever been where I actually shopped. I am the exact opposite of Hally and Maddy!

All I need is a bar a beach and a book.

LOL Gert.

I didn't have to give up the cleaner but it will give me $2508 extra to spend at the outlet shops.
I'll have to get tips on the best places to go closer to the date.

What a cheek wanting Christmas day off Gert  ;D
My cleaner Lee was last here on December 14th. She was due on the 21st but I cancelled her as DD was here in early stages of labour and had her 3 kids here too. Hopefully she starts back next Friday but until then it's all mine :(  ........... I can't wait  :D

Amy the last time I ironed was in 2011.  I do not buy anything that needs ironing.

My cleaner comes back on Friday too, boy have I missed her.
I'm with you Gert hate ironing and have ironed about 3 things in the last 12 months.

And the last time I picked up a vacuum cleaner is when I bought it at the  Good Guys . She does not do ENJO.

I did empty it once when she complained it didn't suck.

My cleaner cleaned yesterday and she is doing the ironing today. I must be silly, but I hate to see the ironing sitting there. Later she
/ I will be making some bread, butter (cheap cream) and hopefully sitting down for a read. I have book club tonight and want to refresh my memory of the book.

Ooooooo i agree with gert.you must be keen o go to hawaii... I miss my cleaner.. No need for one here yet as no house yet 😄😄😄😄😄.. Hard to find a good one though..i asked mine if she wanted to move to oz.. Lol

ANd judy wow once a mth... Is she through assistance ??? We had our cleaner come once. Week for 3-4 hours... I would definately be asking for more.. You have so much to do already..

I found once a week to be just enough .. She vacumed and mopped all floors.. Cleaned all toilets and bathrooms, dusted and changed all beds vacumming them every second week and every now and then cleaned windows etc.. Also had a wonderful ady do y ironing .. Cleaner wasnt that good at ironing or very fast..will do the same again once settled...
