Thanks Gert! Is that the green and white bristled one with the green handle?? If so I think I already have it - Just had a particularly sticky mess with the risoni and took the blades out (ouch!). I have also ditched the TMX spatula for a standard one (except for sorbet) - are other users doing this too? I find the surface area of the TMX too small and a little awkward to use... Cheers
