Chookie - thanks very much for the explanation of what the bread improver is used for.... Must admit I had no idea before - Those firefighter rolls look so good and I'll bet those exhausted men were extremely grateful to you.  Good for you!!!  Everything seems to have gone OTT and common sense has just given up in despair and gone home!!

loved the bread Uni  :-*
I made into 3 logs, and cut into 6 once cooked, for meatball subs.



I did brush the rice flour mix on top, and it made a beautiful crunchy crust.

Just popped these into the oven.  How long did you all bake these rolls?  Uni says 25 mins and 5 mins on the oven?

Just made a batch in exactly 60 minutes. Took about 21 mins in my oven, great recipe for those in a hurry.
