I think we'll try pizza next, not sure when though either Friday or the weekend. We also have some lamb cutlets in the freezer that I'll think of doing as Tandoor living has a picture of cutlets on their Facebook page and they look great.

Yvette, it is very versatile and with a bit of thinking I'm sure we could make most things on there if we wanted but unfortunately i'm not home most days and DH isn't as adventurous as I am.

Obbie - surely someone else will succumb

Wonder how long does it take to heat up if you wanted to cook a roast or chicken pieces?

Yvette I think it would be around 30 - 40 mins but not 100% sure because we were playing around with it for a while before I decided to cook the chicken. I'll take more notice next time we start it up.

Sorry no photos but we used the tandoor to cook 2 shoulders of lamb shoulders, one stuffed and one just marinated. It was a bit of a struggle to keep the temp low but the end result was fantastic. Loved by everyone and our guests are going to purchase one as a 50th present for one of them.

I' m hoping to try smoking some chicken this weekend.
