You've created a lot of interest Hally - great to see. Not sure if we will be using it this weekend as we are out with DS's sporting commitments most of the weekend so looks like we will having freezer food.  :(

Hally I'm sure you will be much better at keeping the updates going. I've forgotten to take photos of most things we have done.

They were probably too yummy. That's when cameras are usually forgotten :D

D .. I'm not saying you have to make us dinner ... we could all go out for dinner
Me .. Ahh ok
D ... So why are you being a smart ass
Me .. I'm not being smart, just not telling you what I'm making for dinner (lauging)
D .. Ahh ok, so my scent is right on queue then
Me .. Yeh definately ........ so I told him about the butter chicken and umm now we have 2 extra dinner guests !!!!

And the verdict is .......................... Yummy !!! DS8 loved it, Ds6 and DS4 not as keen but they did eat it. My brother and sister in law looooooooovvvvved it and so did we.  Here's the photos. DH did the chicken on the weber q to get a bit of the char effect and was great.

We have leftovers Hally ! Probably enough for DH, DS8 and myself, other two can have something else. I had a pack of 1.6kg of chicken breast and used that. I'd agree though I'd use 3kg next time too ! It's not a lot more effort and would freeze really well for a quick meal another time ! The flavour is amazing ! I keep dipping a bit more bread in the sauce lol !

I was having a giggle at Debbie's conversation with her brother, and DS came to give me a cuddle and spotted the photo off the butter chicken and said Yumm! Guess what he wants me to cook :)

No you wouldn't know about the tomato soup Hally (I do actually like tomato soup, in case you thought I didn't, just not in spaghetti bolognaise lol).

ES it's definately worth making, but double it and freeze some, it's not hard to make, but takes time for the whole process, start the day before. Made it a bit easier today. I'd even make the sauce earlier next time and do the chicken at the last minute on the BBQ.

Ohhh and that conversation with my brother, is very typical of us ! We're very close, he drives me mad at times, but love him all the same. The kids adore him !
