Ral has been admitted to Epworth Hospital.  He has a private room due to what he has wrong with him.  They are going to carry out several tests.  He has a very nice Dr who is concerned about the rapid loss of weight.  I will be staying with son and family.  Bruce and Mandy were most attentive in driving us down to Dr and then to Hospital.  We feel very lucky to be in such a good place and hope they can get to the bottom of the problem.  ( no pun intended). Anna coming down from Ballarat tonight to visit.
Thanks again for all the good wishes.

All will be sorted out now chookie. You can relax a bit. He is in good hands and you are in good hands.

Bess, I think that's the best place for him at the moment but your poor dears have been through the bramble bush, haven't you.  Let's hope that this new doctor get to the bottom of things and start him on the road to a full recovery.  Our love and  thoughts are with you both.

You've got a great hospital there chookie. Hopefully Ral will get better soon. If you want a break, errands done or just someone to chat with over a cuppa, I'm just a quick drive up the highway. Don't forget to take care of yourself too xox

So glad to hear this news Chookie and hopefully they will now get things sorted out for dear Ral.  It should be a load of your shoulders handing him over to the professionals, I know how hard it is looking after really sick people and wondering if you are doing the right thing.  Be there for him but also look after yourself dear friend, love to you both.

Chookie, so sorry to hear you still haven't got to the bottom of all this. The Epworth is a great hospital with great doctors I'm sure he is in the best place and they will be able to sort things out. take care of yourself although it sounds like the kids will make sure of that. Love to you both.
