It looks lovely.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

I made these simple, untried recipes today.

Chookie's walnut sauce -  mixed it with pasta, added some parmesan and parsley.

The Spanish recipe Julia Balbilla translated into English for us, Crema Inglesa but it refused to set.

I also have this Apple Leather in the oven, found it early afternoon which means I'll be sitting up until almost 1 am waiting for it to dehydrate in the oven tonight  :-))

It won't fit Gert, the slab is twice the size of the a/f.   Here it is after 5 hours.

If it works, eat it but also share it with Mum, she loves anything apple. :D  It's just pure apple, no added sugar so it has to be healthy doesn't it ;)

It won't be so big when it's cut into straps Denise  ;)

Finished, very tasty but thinner than I thought they'd be.

I made the Hokkaido Milk Bread today. http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=296.0

The method I used is quite different to the one given in the recipe, but I have written in it in the thread. I've only just taken it from the oven so I won't cut it until the morning. Hopefully it will be nice.
