I made these simple, untried recipes today.
Chookie's
walnut sauce
- mixed it with pasta, added some parmesan and parsley.
The Spanish recipe Julia Balbilla translated into English for us,
Crema Inglesa
but it refused to set.
I also have this
Apple Leather
in the oven, found it early afternoon which means I'll be sitting up until almost 1 am waiting for it to dehydrate in the oven tonight

It won't fit Gert, the slab is twice the size of the a/f. Here it is after 5 hours.

If it works, eat it but also share it with Mum, she loves anything apple.
It's just pure apple, no added sugar so it has to be healthy doesn't it

It won't be so big when it's cut into straps Denise
Finished, very tasty but thinner than I thought they'd be.

I made the Hokkaido Milk Bread today.
http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=296.0
The method I used is quite different to the one given in the recipe, but I have written in it in the thread. I've only just taken it from the oven so I won't cut it until the morning. Hopefully it will be nice.
