Made this again today, this time with 2 tsp malt extract instead of the sugar and about 300 gms granary malted flour, plus rest white bread flour. I use 1/2 tsp vit C powder instead of bread improver.
Very good.

I like the quantity of this recipe as it makes two good loaves.

I made these today.Great recipe Astarra we all loved the rolls.I didn't add bread improver.
All proved ready for the oven.

Cooked beautifully in 20 minutes in my oven.Turned half way through the cooking time.

Astarra you say to knead for the 3min at 37º
i cant have the temp on while kneading, is that normal?  
i don't need a recipe i'm italian

I made a loaf last week using this recipe, lovely and soft it was still nice yesterday apparently. (forgot to take a photo)

Uni I found I couldn't have the temp on whilst I was kneading either. Maybe its a TM5 thing?
