I have an induction cooktop, absolutely loved it.....but since having two thermies it has not been used...

I also,have an induction cooktop it is great, love the instant heat reduction and I have a timer that turns the heat off under the selected pot when the time is up.

Made these for a fundraiser, approx 14g dough per mini roll.
I made two batches.

I made some vegemite cheese scrolls for fun, two burger rolls, two hot dog rolls, and 10 plain rolls. Soft and fluffy as advertised.

Here is the pic of the mini rolls for the fundraiser.
Used nigella seeds, sesame, poppy, fennel or plain salt and black pepper on the top.
