Thank you Cookie.  :-*  ;D

We are really looking forward to meeting a few of you at our first class for this year.

Just a bit excited and we still have a month to go!! And yes - we are like this well before each class! Silly really, but it is fun and we do love it  :-)) :P

And thank you all again for your lovely good wishes.  :)

Congratulations Nikkit, good luck with the classes, would love to come along but unfortunately I'll be back at work.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

Yesterday Katj, myself, Kayc and Troupie attended Nikki and Nerissa's class on Lunchboxes. It was really good fun and I think everyone from beginners to long time owners would have enjoyed it. I certainly did.
We were given so much to eat, dinner wasn't really required.
We were welcomed with a Magic Bean Cake muffin, Not so Tiny Honey Teddies and Chocolate Biscuits as well as machine coffee or tea.  The class was kept small so that we could all be involved if we wished.
The girls made Home Made Milo, Get Up 'n' Go, shredded chicken , salad in a jar with Jo's Strawberry Dressing, Pizza Scrolls, and little Bacon and Sweet Potato Frittata's cooked in the Varoma.
For dessert we had fresh fruit with Cinnamon Vanilla Cream Cheese Dip.
I'm looking forward to the next one.

It was a lovely friendly class, lots of great food and ideas.  Also wonderful to put names to faces from the forum.  I have just made the salad idea for a picnic tomorrow.  I also bought more silicone single muffin containers  to make the delicious steamed frittates.
