I forgot how good these are :) made this morning for tonight, just need to make the tortillas & bake in oven. The mince taste is sooo good. Thanks again JulieO.

Lol, it doesnt matter how I post them they always are upside down. When I clcik on them they are the right way up:)

This is a very popular and oft-requested dinner option in our house. It makes a lot - enough for lunch the next day, which is handy.

My DH watched something with tortillas tonight. He has now decided that he might like them!  We will have this next week. Hopefully I'll remember to put it on the menu plan.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

This is  a great recipe from Julie, & I make it often...especially the sauce!  :-*
I have posted a while back Mexican sausages using a Julie's sauce & Brons garlic rice...if anyone was looking for a sausage dish.
