Wow, I made this yesterday, and it just about blew my socks off. Lovely taste, but with all the seeds in and home-grown chillies bit too hot for me. Was fine though, cos I found appreciative people who love it to share my bottles of sauce. S

Ssourpuss, somewhere on this forum there is a discussion about sweet chilli sauce being too hot and Thermomixer (I am sure it was) had the great idea of making another batch or 1/2 batch with red capsicums and combining the two. I have done that and it works a treat. I just can't find the thread - too sick and tired
