Welcome to the forum mamacrooks. How lovely to have a toddler obsesses with cheese and broccoli.
When you have a moment why not go to 'Introduce yourself' and tell us your thermomix story.

I have a question before I make this. Is the concentrated veggie stock the stock that is made in the TM? If I don't have this can I use regular veggie stock? Would it be the same amount?

Yes it is the veg stock from the EDC that comes with your book CK.   In lieu just use a teaspoon veg stock powder or use bought liquid vegie stock instead this time.   Rule of thumb is that you use twice as much home made stock pastes or powders to the bought variety - well I do anyway  ;D

This was the first Thermomix meal I made along with my consultant.  She wanted us to make soup and bread so I asked if I could choose the soup.  The flavours were absolutely beautiful.  I love that there is not a huge amount of cheese in the recipe but you can definitely taste the cheese in the soup.  What a great start to my Themromix cooking!  :)

This was also my first meal I made.  I brought it to my neighbours house and had it for lunch and we both loved it and my 3 year old had two bowls ;D. It was definitely a thick soup so I might thin it up a bit next time but it was delicious.

Made this tonight. My boys devoured it. Absolutely delicious.. just sad there wasn't seconds!! I think this will become a regular soup request at my house.

Also, since I love blue cheese with broccoli I sprinkled some shallots and blue cheese on top of my soup for some thing a little special. NOM!!

Yes Judy! My 3 yo asked for the green soup again this week so I happily obliged. Lucky broccoli is cheap at the grocers this week!!

Sounds lovely and perfect for my DD's request for dinner tonight. She asked to make  TM broc and cheese soup and TM meatballs! She is only 11 but is fully TM trained - gotta love that  :D Even though we live in Dubai where it is super hot, we make soup all week long. Making Moroccan Carrot Lentil soup as we speak for the first time. Thanks!
