It looks lovely Suzanne.
Mop top, just post photos!  Few of us are up to JulieO's or Maddy's calibre.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Wow, everyone's baking and cooking looks so yummy and inviting.  I will have to learn how to attach a photo - I am far from the worlds best cook but I love cooking.  Don't think my photo's willl look nearly as professional as yours!!

Off to make Lasagne for the freezer and would love to make some fried rice for the freezer as well.  Does anyone know if you can freeze fried rice?

Moptop

Moptop when I make my nasi goreng I always make far too much  so if i dont use it all I put the rest into containers in the freezer. It's not just as nice as when freshly cooked but still good.  :)

LOL thanks cookie. I will have to get DS18 to give me a lesson in attaching photos 101 ;D ;D

JD, thanks for the answer to freezing Fried Rice.  Never buy it, always make it myself and always much nicer.

Thanks MF, I'm sure the boys and DH will be please to have some while I am away - even if it isn't quite as nice as freshly made. Fried Rice and Lasagne are done and in the freezer.  I have now finished all the cooking for them.  I love being able to cross things off my to-do-before-I-go-away list  :o :o

Love the malt slice Suzanne ;)

We will be making our Christmas pudding this week too. I hate it, but mum and SD love it. Its a recipe they got in an Angas Park Christmas Pudding Fruit Mix when they were on holidays a few years ago :)

I don't like Christmas  pudding either Amy and neither do any of my family so we never have it on our Xmas menu.
Reminds me of my childhood as my gran always made it and brought it to our place.
Good you have stocked up your freezer for the family while you are away Moptop. Where are you off to?

What puddings do you do at Christmas MF? We always have a fruit salad and cheesecake as well as the fly pudding, so there is something for us fussy eaters :-)) ;D

I love Singapore Moptop. We were there for the grand prix in September.
Shopping, shopping, shopping!!!!  ;D
Amy we usually have a cheesecake, a pavlova and either individual creme brulee's or panacotta's and either fresh fruit platter and chocolate sauce or a fruit salad. We always have a minimum of 25 people so lots of food. I prepare the desserts in advance but fruit on the day.
