I am going to make the jam and strawberry liquer today as it has been soaking for 3 days.. I 've got the mandarinello soaking, sourdough rising and plan to make a banana bread/loaf this afternoon.
DD did Karen's Sour Cream Raspberry muffins yesterday. They are so lovely Karen, thanks for the recipe.

This has 275g of yoghurt, and was very easy to make.

Dulce de leche ice cream, with some very special pecans and a roasted pumpkin and chevre salade for the bbq tonight!
No TM use, but ice cream machine is having an airing!

Wow, everyone's baking and cooking looks so yummy and inviting.  I will have to learn how to attach a photo - I am far from the worlds best cook but I love cooking.  Don't think my photo's willl look nearly as professional as yours!!

Off to make Lasagne for the freezer and would love to make some fried rice for the freezer as well.  Does anyone know if you can freeze fried rice?

What was the cake Chookie?

Moptop, here's the answer to your fried rice question. I would never freeze fried rice bought from a takeaway place but if it's your own freshly made and you cool it and freeze it straightaway, it should be fine.
