I made the chocolate and orange biscuits from this forum.  DH and I are having a cup of tea with some warm bikkies :)

Having a lazy day. Did the shopping, called at the library and went to Kitchen Warehouse.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

'a' for trying anyway Amy

that slice looks familiar, I think I've made it many moons ago. Is it like a biscuit base on the bottom, and possibly a golden syrup or something flavour with the nuts?

Thanks CP :D
The nuts and choc chips are just pressed into the base... its from "Slices, Biscuits and Cakes" by Robyn Martin. It needs tweaking though :)

Nice slice and cookies Amy.
I made the spice mix for speculas but didn't make the biscuits as I ran out of butter. Also made choc chip Anzacs and chookies Turkish delight ice cream (minus the Turkish delight) and tenina's pull apart loaf.

Wow Kimmy- you've been busy.
In a marathon effort, I made three batches of my walnut refrigerator biscuits, and have packaged up 13 dozen and I still have some for the biscuit jar.
I also made up my fruit mince jar so that I will be able to make mince pies, and a white chocolate, pistachio and cranberry slice.
This was a good start on my Christmas baking ;D
I also made up the base for some strawberry icecream as I got really, really cheap strawberries at the market. I tried to churn half of it in my ancient icecream maker, but although the bowl has been in the freezer for weeks, it didn't freeze >:(

Forgot to say I made fruit mince too.
ES you have done so well. You should take a day off more often. Very productive. Can't believe you've done 13 dozen biscuits. ;D

Yep all of it.  My DH wouldn't eat any of those.  I think that's why I play tennis, so I can cook for people that will eat my food ;D
