And going to do a roast dinner tonight - will be the first night I haven't used the tmx for dinner since I got it!! 

Jo, If you are doing a lamb roast you could always try Tenina's Lamb Pesto Crusto with Gusto.  That way you can use your TMX for part of the meal (don't want you getting withdrawal symptoms)  ;D ;D ;D

Lol, yes it is lamb... I do also want to do some baking for the lunchboxes, but we'll see. Got miniball for DS this afternoon, so not a huge amount of spare time (compared to other days where I sit round drinking coffee and eating bonbons of course hahaha).
I'm sure I will find something else to make.

that slice looks familiar, I think I've made it many moons ago. Is it like a biscuit base on the bottom, and possibly a golden syrup or something flavour with the nuts?
