You're really on a roll, DJ!! Both look wonderful.  How did you slice up the onions?  I did some for a school fundraising sausage sizzle once. had to 7 Kg. The best thing turned out to be the V slicer . . once you get going it's amazing how many onions you can get through . .  :D

I've made cada for brekkie and have some plums from the markets yesterday here so I'll be having a go at making some plum sauce - not Asian-style, "grandma style" :)

It's all about the plum here today.... so far I've made the Plum Jam from the EDC and have another batch of Chookie's Plum Paste in the TMX now.  I've still got another couple of kilo's of plums to use so will be searching for some other ideas.
