No cooking for me at the moment. Big days at work and with a few other things added in have hardly seen the house since Sunday morning, maybe on the weekend.

Made the amazing cheese sauce and mixed it with pasta, tuna and some frozen peas and corn then baked it in the oven :) yummy lunch, except baby bearded his usual trick of refusing to even taste it :-/

All I've made so far is Swedish ice cream cheesecake to take to a party on Saturday. Plan to make some berry muffins after school pickup, then JulieO's spiced nuts - got the spices all milled & ready to go.

It's far too hot here to cook, but I have wrapped up all my goodies and distributed them  ;D

No kimmy just chopped up all the fruit and put in individual bowls and got to sliding them on the sticks.. Nothing added..i only rinsed the sticks under some water to wash them slightly..

I'm making Quinoa egg curry from Quirky Jo website tonight and over the weekend hope to make quick chicken Laksa from this forum, I think I have a thing about coconut milk lol
