Wow Hally that sounds awesome. I really wish I had more time to cook or that DH didn't need an exact recipe to cook with, I find if I make up pastes and marinades he never thinks to use them and they go to waste.

Hally, I thought I'd done a lot of cooking yesterday (Amy 's quiches, 2 types of sausage rolls, vanilla slice, mince pies & a fruit platter) but you are putting me to shame. Have fun cooking!

I want to make up the rubs & marinades & vacuum seal them for our 2 weeks away. I dont want to take a stack of bottles down. I have so much stuff already :o. My car & dh car will both be full :o

Plus on the way home we have eb with us & his bag.

Just need to pop to the shops for a few things, then will get tuck in. Wont take too long, the stok is constant with the pc.

Its 6.20am here so will get something done before school.

Brownies in oven, 20 mins to go :)

Weetbix smoothie, for brekky. Faffa's yoghurt. Gonna try a recipe from alyce's new book: chilli mayo, then sesame chicken patties, then make up changs noodle salad to go with it. DD likes to have a sweet after, so perhaps the Watermelon & Lime sorbet.
