Amy it is on Tenina's blog. I put the link up a little earlier on this thread. They have crio, a little honey, a little butter, 300 g nuts and quite a bit of dried fruit, and a few choc bits. Tenina iced hers but I didn't. Actually hers have chocolate on the top.

So far today I have made Curried Pumpkin & Lentil Soup and Hamburger Buns.  GD will be here for the afternoon and I am sure she will want to cook.  Something with chocolate no doubt. :D

For my birthday boy (19!) I made Sue's Famous Chocolate Cake from the Gluten Free Wheat Free Cooking book. It's gluten free and I used a dairy free coconut yogurt, soy milk and coconut oil to make it dairy free too.  Yay! I'm very pleased with it - it has a nice texture, it's not heavy, it has a good height and it's delicious served warm with coconut yoghurt. Yum!

Big cook up here right now - but no TM'ing.

Friends to dinner so am making a Moroccan slow-cooked lamb leg, my Moroccan chick pea salad - http://www.lambsearsandhoney.com/2013/01/moroccan-chick-pea-salad-for-our-steamy-summer-days/ - and crossing cultures by making Lebanese lentils and rice with crispy fried onions on top.

Looking forward to dinner tonight!

Made a yummy lemon  marshmallow slice from here (JD's), fried rice (QFITTM), Vienna snitzels and salad, and was going to make a sponge for lamingtons tomoz but used the wrong tin and they were a flop. I was going to layer into three with jam and cream but I might have been abit peeved and therefore a bit rough causing the cake the break up into funny shapes....

Tomorrow is another baking day  ;)
