The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Lovely muffins.
Nothing made here today, mainly owing to two facts, I was out all morning and there is no one to eat the food as DD filled the cake tin on the weekend. Boo hoo 😂😂😂

Yes Judy she enjoys it too. Sadly it does mean less baking for me to do, but I can stick to the bread and meals.

I have some bread rising and made rum and raisin icecream this morning. The raisins have been soaking for a few days. I should have chilled them as I added them to the icecream machine just before it finished and because they had been on the bench they melted the icecream and sank to the bottom. I give it a good stir every hour (and lick the spoon) so hopefully some of them will stay suspended.

Day off today, which means I got to make happy Hally bread, 40 second icecream (chocolate), choc chip cookies & Hungarian goulash for dinner. I can now add icecream to the list of things I never need to buy again! Still lusting after an icecream machine though..

This post reminded me that rum and raisin ice cream is still on my to do list. ... So many recipes so little time !

Ummm - anyone want an ice cream machine?! I have one for sale ATM. Have never used it but apparently it works well, DH's great grandparents brought it on a whim and used it three times then didn't want it as it took up too much freezer space (for the bowl) so sent it to us.... but I just use TM as I mostly only make fruity dream as it is DF (Miss 3 is DF).
As long as I get the postage cost covered, I'll be happy to send it anywhere if anyone wants to put their hand up for it.

Hope I am not going against any forum rules here... ???

Most certainly not astarra - it's very generous of you.
