Judy,  1/2 recipe should give an average size loaf.  Looks great though.   Live potato bread,  nice fine texture.
Maddy,  How do you do it. ??????  Beautiful.
Today made, SD loaf,  still rising,  washing powder for dish washing machine,  chicken stock,  thanks Maddy and JulieO ,   also converted a recipe for Chicken in a Clay Pot.  Mostly cooked in dish in Varoma.   will post as it was delicious, says Dh.

Maddy those cake pops are beautiful. You really should do it professionally.
JD love the look of that bread. I'll definitely give it a go.

I made dinner from Jerusalem tonight - chicken sofrito, roasted butternut pumpkin (and I added potatoes), red onion and tahini and zatar and the salad and chickpeas.

The roasted vegies were spectacular!  The tahini was a lovely change from gravy, the pine nuts added great crunch and the zatar a really interesting flavour.  I'm tempted to make them again tomorrow they were that good!

Sour dough loaf,  I should have slashed the top but the dough was too wet.

No still cooked it for 30 mins but turned the temp down after 15 mins because the top was getting to brown, I'm using my turbo oven  in the laundry because it is hot and I didn't want to heat the kitchen, the Boston bun is taking a long time been in nearly an hour same deal top getting to brown but not cooked in the middle, I tried to put some foil on the top but with the turbo fan it just blew off and stuck up the top near the fan.

Brenda, how about a pie plate or cake tin over the top?

Today made 2 second salad,  added iTablespoon of roasted Sesame sauce to mix.  Very nice.
Liked the sauce from the Clay Pot Chicken ,  made a double batch and roasted chicken wings in,1/2 and brushed the rest onto pork neck to roast in a couple of days.    Also made the cleaning cream, like Jif.  Posted.
