Gorgeous looking cupcakes Maddy :D

I know I said I wasn't going to bake anything.... but I couldn't help myself :-)) Unfortunately it didn't really go to plan though :( I tried to make some rhubarb puddings but they stuck in the moulds. So I scooped them out and crumbled them, put them in a baking dish, then whipped up some custard and poured over the top :D

Wonder, usually 3 veggies,  ( Asp, Red Cap, Chinese greens)And water chestnuts,  for crunch.
Heat a little peanut oil in a wok,  add crushed garlic and 3 coins of green ginger,  heat for a few seconds.
Add vegetables and stir fry for about 1 min.
Add 1/2 cup of water and 2 teaspoons of sesame oil, and 1 cube of chicken paste. Bring to boil and  put lid on for a couple of mins.
Mix a little cornflour in a little water and stir into veggies,   Boil for 1 min.
Lovely as is with rice.
can add cashews or Almonds.

Made a plum clatoufi but in pic as I sat down for a glass of and when the timer went off it was blackened. Blaming it on DH cos we're using the woodfire oven and he put it too close to the coals and I wasn't there to supervise over his shoulder. Posting recipe tomoz.

We're having a BBQ tomorrow night (a school friend of DH is back from London, so a few of the old crew are coming round), so about to start prep.  Making bread now for garlic bread.  Better do some bread for DH's lunch tomorrow too.
